The AGM gives us an opportunity to reflect on the work completed to date and prepare for the year ahead. There are many critical decisions that are required from members of the association, and for this reason, the AGM is our most important meeting of the year. 

It will be held upstairs at Westside HQ from 7:00pm on Thursday 5 September 2024.

We welcome all community members to come along to the AGM to find out more about us and you can RSVP without joining. If you aren't currently a member and wish to join please use the member registration form. You will need to be a member to vote on any motions or be nominated for a role on the management committee.

The special resolution is for changes to the rules of the association. The full version of the proposed new rules and version of the current rules with changes tracked are linked below.
