The Annual General Meeting for Zero Emissions 4075 Inc. will be held from 6:30pm for a 7pm start on Thursday 17 September 2026 upstairs at Westside HQ, 3 Clewley St, Corinda QLD 4075, Australia.

The AGM gives us an opportunity to reflect on the work completed to date and prepare for the year ahead. There are many critical decisions that are required from members of the association, and for this reason, the AGM is our most important meeting of the year.

We welcome all community members to come along to the AGM to find out more about us and you can RSVP without joining. If you aren't currently a member and wish to join please use the member registration form. You will need to be a member to vote on any motions or be nominated for a role on the management committee.

Key dates for the AGM:

• 7pm 3 September - Management committee nominations due
• 7pm 10 September - Publishing of the list of management committee nominations received
• 5pm 17 September - Proxy forms due if you can't attend
